1. SSE / Tech Lead / Sr. tech Lead: Core Java (4-7yrs)

Gathers inputs from customer, Sales, R&D and New Initiative teams, Partners

  • Specifies product demos (defines demo storyboards and scenarios) and requests them from R&D
  • Specifies prototypes and collaborates with Development to develop them

Description:

  • Assist a global team in the administration of the company's distributed Middleware product suite
  • Participate in a 24 hour, 7 day per week, on-call support rotation
  • Ensure the “Practice Area” is supported, and adherence to associated standards
  • Participate in technical meetings with the appropriate members of the Global Team

You will architect, or design components and integrate into a new NMS deployment. Our web based network management tool architecture should leverage usage of third-party tools. You will use your skills to create a platform for ease of abstraction of network services to configure, provision, monitor, accounting and performance of network to the SLAs to customer subscriptions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experienced in implementing at least one large (preferably), cNetwork Management Systems for an architectural position
  • Exposure to a large network management system with experience in implementing a component (FCAPS, UI or Billing or Helpdesk) for an engineer position
  • C or C++, Perl, Python and shell script development skills, Network and Web programming (java, php)
  • Core knowledge of L2-L7 layers of stack with NMS, EMS, SNMP, TL1 background
  • Specific experience with Zabbix, NAGIOS, Tall Maple, OpenNMS, Hyperic, ManageEngines, similar tools is preferred

Patient Counseling: Meeting patients at their residence once contact is received, Sharing the essence of the Patient Counseling Programme, Sharing essential information about the disease, treatment and life-style modifications, Giving a patient hearing to the concerns and difficulties faced by the patient, Motivating the patient through use of counseling skills and techniques, Emphasizing the importance of compliance and control, Ensuring the components of the patient programme are made available to each patient, Timely follow-up with patients through visits and calls to ensure that the rapport and trust is maintained

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • The person should be dynamic, confident and should be willing to work hard, this being a field job. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team is of utmost importance.
  • We would prefer Dieticians, BSW/MSW [Social work graduates/post-graduates], Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Candidates with a Counseling background. However, we can also look at some fresh graduates who are dynamic and can be groomed.
  • All candidates will be trained extensively in science as well as counseling aspects of the disease
